12. Pope John Paul’s Rare Blood Type Becomes a First Class Relic
There is something unique in being able to find pictures that show this great saint on the day he said particular words to the thousands of people who were present to hear his homily that day. He was 67 years old at the time of his visit to San Antonio.
Pope John Paul II:
To those who have been far away from the Sacrament of Reconciliation and forgiving love, I make this appeal: come back to this source of grace; Do not be afraid! Christ himself is waiting for you. He will heal you, and you will be at peace with God! (Homily of Pope John Paul II on September 13, 1987 at San Antonio, Texas.)
