The pin on the far right has medallions with the images of the three most important persons involved in the Lateran Treaty.

They are:
Pope Pius XI
Benito Mussolini, the Prime Minister of Italy
Victor Emmanuel III, King of Italy.

One ribbon extending from the images is in the colors of the Italian state, white, green and red while the other is of the papal colors of white and gold.

Another pin featured bears an image of Pope Pius XI in color. The pin has his coat of arms and a ribbon with the papal colors of gold and white. This was to commemorate the fiftieth anniversry of his priesthood.
